Pickyload is a digital logistics platform that enables users to book goods transportation services. This policy governs all cancellations and refunds made on the Pickyload platform.

01. Customer Cancellation Policy

    50% Refund
  • After 8 Hours

    Booking locked for scheduling

Dispatch Rule

Once the driver is dispatched or moving toward pickup, no refund is applicable regardless of timing.


02. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a cancellation is approved, the following timeline applies:

  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days Standard Timeline
  • Actual credit date depends on your bank or payment provider
  • Notification will be sent via email upon successful initiation

Bank-side processing may take additional time beyond the initial 7-day window.

03. Transaction Charges

Refund amounts may be subject to the deduction of the following applicable charges:

  • Payment gateway charges
  • Processing fees
  • Bank charges
  • Taxes (if applicable)

*Such deductions, if any, shall be reflected in the final refund amount credited to your account.

04. Operational & Driver Commitment

Upon booking confirmation, we initiate the following commitments:

  • Drivers reserve vehicle availability specifically for you
  • Drivers may decline alternative earning opportunities
  • Platform operational resources are allocated immediately

! Late cancellations directly impact driver earnings and platform costs. This policy ensures fairness and operational sustainability.

05. Misuse & Fraud Prevention

To ensure a secure environment, Pickyload reserves the right to:

  • Deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud or misuse
  • Restrict accounts with repeated cancellation patterns
  • Review and investigate suspicious booking activities

! Any activity violating our terms may lead to permanent account suspension.

06. Policy Updates

To maintain operational excellence, Pickyload reserves the right to:

  • Modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time
  • Implement changes immediately upon digital publication
