1. User Eligibility:

a. The Website is not available to minors i.e. persons under the age of 18 (eighteen) years or to any Users suspended or removed by the PickyLoad for any reason whatsoever. You represent that You are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving Website under the applicable laws.

b. The PickyLoad reserves the right to refuse access to the Website or Website Services to new Users or to terminate access granted to existing User(s) at any time without according any reasons for doing so.

a. While availing any of the payment method/s offered at PickyLoad, PickyLoad will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to User due to;

• i. Lack of authorisation for any transaction /s: or
• ii. Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by User and Users Bank: or
• iii. Any payment issue arising out of the transaction: or
• iv. Decline of the transaction for any other reason

b. All payments made against the Services provided by PickyLoad shall be in Indian Rupees acceptable by the Union of India. PickyLoad does not accept any other form of currency.

4. Modification:

PickyLoad may revise and update these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued usage of the Web Site after any changes to these Terms of Use will mean You accept those changes. Any aspect of the Web Site may be changed, supplemented, deleted or updated without notice at the sole discretion of PickyLoad. PickyLoad may also change or impose fees for products and services provided through the Web Site at any time in its sole discretion.

e. The PickyLoad shall not be responsible for the delay or inability to use the Website or related functionalities...

If You believe the Website violates Your intellectual property, You must promptly notify the PickyLoad in writing at admin@PickyLoad.com with details of the infringement, your contact info, and a good faith statement.
