1. Introduction

Pickyload is a digital marketplace platform owned and operated by AMPBER Private Limited. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Platform

Pickyload acts solely as an intermediary between customers and independent drivers. The Company does not own vehicles and does not provide transport services.

4. Driver Activation Fee

Drivers must complete verification before accessing loads. A one-time activation fee of ₹100 is payable upon approval.

The activation fee:
  • Covers onboarding and verification
  • Is non-refundable once activated
  • Does not create an employment relationship

5. Booking & Platform Fee

At booking confirmation, the Customer pays 10% as a Platform Facilitation Fee. The remaining 90% is paid directly to the driver after unloading.

The 10% fee covers:
  • Technology and facilitation services
  • Is non-refundable once confirmed

9. Limitation of Liability

AMPBER Private Limited shall not be liable for loss/damage to goods, delivery delays, or user disputes. Total liability shall not exceed the platform fee paid.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts of Banglore Karnataka, India.
